You must have proof of purchase with the items in re-sellable condition*, and must return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase.
Re-sellable condition constitutes:
– Un-used and/or un-opened items.
– Tags attached when applicable (non-food items).
– Complete original packaging must be present and completely clean, free of dirt, debris, hair, stains and/or odors of any sort.
– Packaging must be in non-torn/non-ripped condition.
– Item (itself) must be completely clean, free of dirt, debris, hair, stains and/or odors of any sort.
For health and safety concerns, we do not offer returns or exchanges on:
– Beds, Cat Trees/Towers/Scratchers, Carriers, Crates, Clothes or Topical Flea treatments.
